This week we are pairing the Parsha with the Dalton Grounded 21 from the Asufa series.
We discuss the various interpretations of the honey the brothers took down to Egypt, one of which leads to our wine pairing. We also discuss the redevelopment of endemic varieties in Israeli winemaking, and hear a dvar torah for the parsha and Chanukah based on the teachings of Rav Soloveitchik, the Rambam, and Rav Tzvi Meir Zilberberg.
